Today I review a fairly new release form Toys Heart. There are few Onahole brands that carry as much tradition as Toys Heart does. For many, including me, they have been one of the first contact points to the world of Onaholes with some of their Classics such as the Virgin Age Admission series and many more which sadly is discontinued now.
The MIDARASHI Onahole is a budget Onahole with a price of just about $15, so our expectations probably shouldn’t be too high. On the other hand, they never really seem to disappoint and have a solid track record of decent to Great Onaholes in multiple price ranges. So let’s see what you get for the cost of a Big Mac menu.
Packaging and presentation
The box looks typically Toys Heart. I think mostly for the artwork but it is greatly designed and is larger than I expected for the price it costs. The inside has no plastic blister that is housing the Onahole as it is often the case with Toys Heart but rather houses the Onahole in a kind of cardboard shelf. A smaller box would have probably been a better fit here, also considering that International shipping costs are based on size and not only weight. Alongside we get the customary pouch of their own Onatsuyu lotion which is always good for 1-2 uses but not much more.
The artwork shows a Japanese Shrine maiden, holding a “Midarashi Dango” which is a japanese sweet snack and name giving for this Onahole. Overall nice idea and nice theme and so far not well but good enough executed.
How is the Onahole?
The Onahole is small and fits in the palm of your Hand, a typical Handheld Onahole for quick stress release but I guess no one has expected anything else at this price point. It weighs 300g (0.66lbs) and has a length of just about 132mm (5.2in). It feels of good quality and has no weird odor. The firmness is rather on the hard side which is something I noticed immediately.
I am not sure how do describe the shape but the top end is quite a lot wider than the rest of the cylindric shaped Onahole. The entrance has a quite simple design of Vaginal entrance but they went for a more realistic design here. Specially with budget Onaholes, I prefer just a simple round entrance but this is just my personal preference.
The inside of the MIDARASHI Onahole has surprisingly a lot going on for a budget friendly toy. We have mainly two zones in here with the first being the main part which occupies about 2/3 with some nice bumps and ridges as texture. The last 1/3 is is a tight and straight forward vacuum chamber which without enough lube, I had some difficulty pushing in. It felt really tight, also thanks to the firm material and for me, this last part did not add much to the experience. Having the Tip of my Penis dipping in and out of it is fun and feels nice, but attempting to go all in feels a bit like putting a key inside your door without any light. You need a few tries to make it and that takes the fun out of it a bit.
The first 2/3 however do feel good and rather intense. It is quite a strong stimulation on your member, even if the vacuum is a bit lacking of not using that last part we just talked about. While I though before this review that the MIDARASHI Onahole could be a great Beginner Onahole, I now think that this is rather something for people who do have some experience as new users could be overwhelmed by this, depending on what their expectations are.
The MIDARASHI Onahole is a solid piece of Sex Toy and is fun enough but I think it could have been better executed with what they had. I had about 8-10 sessions with it and to be honest, did not go back to it ever since I finished this review a few days ago.
My Final thoughts
I would say the MIDARASHI Onahole by Toys Heart is a mixed bag. It is very affordable at around $15 and is made of good quality materials that do not carry any odor. However it is not ideal for beginners and most experienced users on the other hand most likely have better ones already.
So is the MIDARASHI Onahole a waste of money? I wouldn’t go that far ad you get a solid toy for a small price with a nice box. It can be a good addition to your collection, specially if you are a Toys Heart fan but there are many more toys I can recommend that cost the same and do the job better than the MIDARASHI Onahole.
