The onahole is wrapped in a plastic bag and a single use tube of Magic Eyes lubricant.
The Onahole
The onahole is about average in size at 14.5cm (5.7 inches) so it’s good for your average sized person. It might not be long enough for more well endowed users but the great feeling of going down orally makes up for it. The mouth . It’s cylindrical in shape and easy to grip, the “Magic Eyes” logo on the side also provides a big of a grip for when you’re using. There’s a nice set of teeth and tongue inside the mouth to give it more realism. There’s even a cute petite nose.
The color of the onahole is is skin color and so are the lips. If you wanted a bit more color on the lips you could add lipstick to it. The teeth, tongue, and insides are colored appropriately.
The inside of the onahole has teeth, followed by a long tongue, a smooth inside. About half way through you’ll come across a “uvula” like area, as if you’re hitting the back of a throat. Beyond the “uvula” you’ll find a tighter and smaller space that ends in a point.

The Mouth of Truth Perorin Tight Throat Hard Type gives a wonderful feel as, especially if you like the tight feeling which you get at the end of it.. With it’s design it truly feels like you’re getting a great oral. The toy is easy to handle and use with one hand and lubricating it before use is fairly easy.
You can feel the tongue while going up and down with each stroke due to it’s length throughout the first half of the onahole. The teeth provides a interesting feel with each pass. Once you hit the “uvula” and go deep throat is the best feeling of all three parts of the mouth.
