I have received my review copy just 3 days ago and even took a day off to test this out as this is probably one of the biggest releases in the Onahole world for a while.
Box, Packaging and presentation
The box and its overall presentation is superb. Magic Eyes is known for this and they also did not disappoint us with the Mouth of Truth – Supreme Romanticism here.
It’s large and comes with a high quality illustration on it. The inside reveals the huge Mouth of Truth – Supreme Romanticism and the standard pack of lube which is regular for pretty much any Onahole, so while I feel still necessary to mention it, it goes without saying that it is there.

The Onahole and it’s feeling
Being the BIG sister of the Onahole that has defined a whole Genre, perhaps an entire generation of Onahole users even is not an easy task. From the outside, the Mouth of Truth – Supreme Romanticism Onahole looks like a blowed up version of the original Mouth of Truth Onahole.
I can understand that they tired to stick with that Formula as it has been so successful for the last 10 years. So prior to my first use, naturally, I expected this to be the bigger and better version of an Onahole I have used probably hundreds of times and owned around 7 or 8 times (can’t remember exactly).
Was I right? Yes I was. The Mouth of Truth – Supreme Romanticism Onahole by Magic Eyes is a hell of a ride. Magic Eyes really know how to create an internal structure that comes so fucking close to the real thing that it almost feels akward.
With the overall dimensions grown to 670g or 1.48lbs and 175mm or 6.89inches in length, I was worried that the experience would be more “loose” for people like me with an average sized Dick. This worry was blasted out the window however as soon as I first used it. The experience was the same, just somehow bigger and more intense, if that is even possible.
One thing I absolutely hate though is that they plaster their brand name on the outside of the Onahole. This, while not affecting the quality, is a Huge turn off for me personally.
I think Magic Eyes was very careful here to not mess up what made the original Mouth of Truth so great and loved by fans worldwide. The only perhaps downside I feel is that the tooth feel more loose then they used to be in the original. Having used it quite intense and a lot in the past 3 days, I had however no issues but still felt it is good to mention.
Our Conclusion
The community and people like myself judge Onaholes as products, which they are but getting real here for one second, stuff like the Mouth of Truth – Supreme Romanticism Onahole by Magic Eyes here are offering a “real to life” blowjob experience for the price of visiting the movies with some popcorn and beers.
It is crazy how far things come and while I have personally not experience any issues yet, tbh I do not care if after me enjoying her for weeks the teeth fall out or not.
I mean, out in perspective what you pay for Netflix or other services, the value you get out of 99% of Onaholes is crazy and the Mouth of Truth – Supreme Romanticism Onahole by Magic Eyes is one of the best I ever had.
